We’ve been doing Holley LS Fest since it’s inception, and can tell you that it is unlike any other event you’ll attend. LS Fest isn’t about any one of the many events happening within not one but two great venues, but we can sure understand why you might think so. It’s got drag racing, road racing, autocross, drifting, a car show, engine swap challenge, dyno shootout, a cruise, and more. And it sells out not only for participants, but also fans as Beech Bend Raceway Park in Bowling Green Kentucky is overrun with fans of the GM LS Engine. And who could blame them?

Put on an event like this, and the subject could be hubcaps and people would want to come. The fact that it all revolves around what many say is the engine most capable of making power per cubic inch, regardless of how you want to do it. And at Holley LS Fest the variety isn’t just with regards to engine builds, but also the packaging for them. See, at LS Fest anything goes as long as it is LS powered. That means Fords, imports, Dodges, Jeeps, you name it. And some weird combos come every year, which gets people scratching their heads and trying to dream up there own killer combo. Based on what we saw today, we know that there are going to be some really cool things we discover over the weekend, and we’ll make sure to get all the photos to share with you.
