(Photos by Rich Pasley and Dave Nutting) – There wasn’t a racer that left New England Dragway after the 2013 NHRA New England Hot Rod Reunion wondering if the place was a hooking track or not. Race director Ron Heath and the NHRA Division One staff had that starting line set up on kill all weekend long. We have hundreds of awesome wheelstand photos to show you and we’re going to dole them out in small batches so you can savor the flavor of their goodness.

The diversity and quality of the cars at the first NHRA New England Got Rod Reunion were top shelf. The race drew competitors from as far away as California and as deep into the south as Florida. Canadians were out in force and of course the New England faithful were there in droves and local racers won many classes, showing strongly in front of big crowds at the facility.
