Bruno Felix Damasio sent me a message with a link to his killer little Chevrolet, and I about died. This thing is bad ass, and even though it is not V8 powered, it is rear wheel drive and that’s all that matters. Sorry front drive guys, they just aren’t my jam. But these little rear drive machines are cool as hell. This one looks a lot like a Chevrolet Sprint, but with a ute bed on it like a miniature version of something you would see in Australia. Not what I expected in Brazil, but again super bitchin. This one competes in a class called TT-B which is for rear wheel drive cars that are running an 8 valve 4 cylinder engine with a Turbo on it. So half of a small block basically, and with some serious boost. You’ll see in this video that it makes a few passes on camera, and gets quicker with each. Never is it really working hard, as he’s shifting before it ever gets to the 9000 rpm limit. We can only imagine how quick this little sucker will go when it’s all in!

At 9.007 at nearly 162 mph this little car is moving for sure. We’re confident it’s going to run well into the 8’s soon and we can’t wait to see that video too. Oh and yes, we said shifting earlier. It is a clutch car. In love!
Great 9.00 run with the wheels up twice. All I can say is I need to learn enough Spanish to go to any sporting event south of our borders as the announcers are quite enthusiastic to say the least in every video I have seen.
