We’re fans of the sleeper look. Sure we like big tires and flash too, but sleepers are just cool. Which is why we love this video from BigKleib from the Street Car Takeover in Oklahoma. Sure the Outlaw boys were getting lots of attention, but these dudes in the sleeper Fairmonts were definitely getting people’s attention. Sleepers can be great money makers on the street, and on the race track. Starting with a properly beat or unassuming car is key, but sometimes that isn’t enough. Sometimes you have to sell it with a lot more trickery. And doing a turbo combo is much much harder to pull off completely stealth. However, doing a nitrous combo with all the systems hidden brings back some memories for me. These cars are great, and really haul ass.
