(Photos by Brad Klaassen) – Yesterday we ran Brad Klaassen’s cool story and photos from the recent outlaw fuel altered meet at Thunder Valley Raceway Park in Oklahoma. The AA/FAs were not the only cool iron on the grounds that day because there was a full slate of sportsman action that ran as well. Brad had his camera at the read while patrolling the pits and starting line, getting some killer shots in both areas. It is always cool to peek in on the sportsman crowd at a drag strip that you’ve never been to before through photos because undoubtedly you’ll see some cars and truck that’ll leave you smiling, drooling, or wanting to hop the next plane to see run. The green Chevy pickup in this gallery is totally awesome and runs pretty hard too! There’s a couple of cool VW powered rides in there that we dug along with some classic Mopars, Fords, and others.
