(Photos by Bryan McTaggart) – Like the LA Roadsters show which was happening over the same weekend, the 2015 Holley NHRA National Hot Rod Reunion drew out an amazing crop of cars. The weather forecast was kind of bleak for the weekend but no one seemed to care and the hundreds of cars that showed up on the grounds of Beech Bend Raceway in Bowling Green, Kentucky were not deterred by a little moisture. Yes, it rained a time or two but the Beech Bend staff got after it and dried that baby quick to keep the program moving. Believe it or not the program got finished largely on time and that was totally due to the efforts of the track staff and prepared racers.

There are some sweet Pontiacs, some dragsters we’d love to hop in, and as shockingly as it may sound, a couple of Camaros as well. Really!
