(Photos by Wes Allison) – That’s right kids, we’re still cranking fresh photo coverage from the 2017 Good Vibrations March Meet. Why? Because there was so much awesome stuff to see, that’s why! This event really is unique and cool in the fact that it has history like few other “independent” events in the sport have. Obviously the World Series of Drag Racing at Cordova was pretty much the gold standard until IHRA took that and turned it into a disaster last year so we’re pretty much going to put the crown on the head of the March Meet at this point.

Over the years several different people have had a hand in operating the event but now it is fully in the control of Famoso Raceway and the Bower family along with their staff. They pull it off year in and year out. It jams the place full and even on days when the forecast is crummy it is still a sea of people on hand to take in some of the most awesome drag racing action in the country.
