Sleeper Videos: The Eastwood Motorsports Caprice Wagon On Asphalt And The Dragstrip

We’ve got more videos of Eastwood Motorsport’s 1989 Chevrolet Caprice wagon playing the role of Clark Griswold’s ultimate revenge for the Family Truckster. This battered and beaten wagon that’s a testament to all of those longroofs left behind in favor of a rolling front-wheel-drive breadbox is sporting a 355ci small block that’s drunk on nitrous, which makes all of us just smile, especially knowing what this big brick is capable of. Here you’ll get to see how much torque it’s got, which is plenty when you consider that those nice, long burn stripes and that frame-twisting wheels-up launch are being done by a small-block in a nearly 4,200lb station wagon. The vinyl wood paneling on the sides and the travel tote hooked up to the roof rack are just icing on the cake of hilarity this car is. How screwed would your day be if you got your ass kicked in by a station wagon that looks demo-derby ready? Crank up the volume and enjoy the noise!

YEEHAAAWWW Had an 83 AND and 88…couldn\’t afford to do that to mine at the time…The \”clamshell\” on the roof would be a GREAT place to put a nitrous bottle of HUGNESS !
