Easter Egg: Watch The Lunchbox Mustang Stand On The Bumper ON THE STREET!

Easter Egg: Watch The Lunchbox Mustang Stand On The Bumper ON THE STREET!

(Credit goes to Chad on this find and post! Whenever you see a car rip a massive wheelie on the street and lay waste to a Porsche at the same time…it is epic greatness. You proved that by loving the hell out of this video!) This video is awesome. It shows the “Lunchbox” Fox Body Mustang absolutely destroying a twin turbo all wheel drive Porsche on the street. Apparently it was for $5000 but we can’t confirm that part, and really don’t care. The big thing is that this all motor, small tire, small motor, stick shift Fox body Mustang stands on the bumper on the street and then proceeds to suck the paint clean off the Porsche. We are all good with that.

The Porsche got one length and the move (or go) which, for you non street racers out there, means he got one car length head start and the Mustang couldn’t leave until the Porsche did first. Hence the “move” or “go”. You’ll see the Mustang flash his headlights letting the Porsche driver know he is ready whenever.

Note: One mistake here on the Porsche’s part was leaving as soon as he saw the lights flash. Make the other dude wait a second and throw him of his game. It’s street racing, not drag racing. Get it on!

Click play to watch. This is SoCal street racing greatness.

that Mustang was fast and the wheelstand was awesome especially hooking it that hard on the street . Must have been using the right mixture of Pimp juice

Ok so where the fuck do you have a street that long in the middle of the night with no traffic? Sure was a lot of prep work for the mustang to just race. A little VHT track bite and honestly those look to pretty wide tires for a mustang. And those wheels were a dead give away on this car. Mustangs aren’t sleepers any more. It’d been more of a sleeper if it were a ’65.

I have a friend that had a 65 back in the day that would have eaten this one for breakfast…..some one liked it more than he did…stolen from in front of his house and it has never been recovered

just love a good old unsophisticated ‘merican muscle car kicking your fancy $100,000 euro-trash. now let the whiners start complaining…. but wait, the porsche has a PDK clutchless manual, and the mustang is a normal manual trans, porsche is turbocharged/intercooled, and oh-yea, cost way over a hundred grand!!! (loser)

Knew what to expect; my jaw still dropped. Fast car!

Still, I thought I may have heard a turbo spool down after one of the burnouts.
I’d like to believe it’s all motor. What’s in it?

  5. Rabbit down the hole

Yep it’s still a mustang. Nothing unusual or sleeper about it. Sorry but mustangs are every where. How come they had to use a traction additive? Hell if you can’t just pull up and drop the hammer then it aint no sleeper dude. If you gots to do a burn out to put heat into your sleeper car then you aint foolin nobody.

    1. It makes it fair

They used the sticky juice to make it a more fair race I’m assuming. The Porsche has AWD and the fox had dirty slicks on the street.

    2. Josh

The way I look at it, the Porsche costs $100k+? A clean fox body costs $5k. $100k buys a race car, you have to build a Mustang to keep up. Put stock wheels on the Mustang and yes, it’s a sleeper. Either way, it pulled harder than the Porsche

  6. Chevelle

Mustang wheelie is great. But I suggest you put both cars on a circuit track and see who comes on top. Gee the mustang is set up for straight line of course it’s got an advantage.

Ok the mustang won. I am for American cars all the way. But really a full blown racecar vs out of the box. Where are the bragging rights? To top it all off tje Porsche never pulled the tires off tje pavement& he certainly wasnt warming up the tires with track claw & a pit crew!

    1. What

The porsche is an out of the box racecar. The porsche never pulled its tires off the ground because its all wheel drive. That kinda makes it impossible. Also kind of hard to warm up your tires like that is well. Also, the porsche has twin turbos and cost $100K+. Where as that fox is naturally aspirated and has less than $30K in it.

  8. Tony

Porsche is not box stock, mustang runs a 331 sbf on a 10″ slick. and i wouldnt call the mustang “full blown race car”.

  9. DANIEL ROOT

to bad for the porsche let that be a lesson don’t screw with america. you guy’s should take that horse to oklahoma and look up the badass;s from the tv show who claim to have the baddest car’s in the country. i’d like to see a race between that stang and the chevy powered one on the show. a complete destruction of chuck would be to cool.then take the rest down one at atime!

That’s one badass Ford.I’d like to see what he’d do against some of these so called badass big block Chevys.
