The indoor burnout is an interesting beast that takes on many forms. There’s the complete hoon form where it is a kid just doing it to be a punk and smoke out an abandoned garage or shop. There’s the WTF form which includes people doing burnouts inside the actual space where they live. Those are fun. There’s the biker bar form where the place has an actual pit to pull into and smoke the tires for the assembled crowd, and then there is the rarest form of all…the one with production value. This video actually takes up that rarely seen produced form and does so in an awesome fashion. Used as a promotion film for a hot rod shop in Brazil, it shows a nasty little 1934 Ford coupe that has been chopped and made into a drag car. The power plant is a blown, alcohol burning, zoomie piped, small block Chevy and the sounds it makes are truly awesome, especially inside a building.

We see a guy who looks like the drag racing version of The Stig (complete with old school breather mask) hop into the car and fire it up before roasting the tires in a violent and pretty awesome fashion. Multiple camera angles captured the action and the whole thing is a pretty entertaining two minute package. Maybe it is the fact that we’re closing in on Christmas break or maybe we’re just getting a little punchy here at the end of the year but all of a sudden we want to find a garage and turn it into a smoke house is only to get the smell of roasting slicks and spent alky in our nostrils one last time in 2014.

Pay attention to the name of the shop, the logo, and the acronym. Look familiar? (Well played by this guy!)

There was an event that the guys couldn’t do burnouts in the parking lot, so they did them on the trailer!
