Watch A Pair Of 1965 Mustangs Slice and Dice At Goodwood – Contact And Someone In The Grass

If there is one thing that we enjoy the most about road racing, it is a good old fashioned slice and dice between two racers. Yes, it can be fun watching someone put on a talent clinic on a road course but it is way more fun to watch a bumper to bumper fight around the track. In this video you will see a pair of 1965 Mustangs slice and dice at Goodwood during the recent Members Meeting.

This video is cool because it is in-car footage and that’s the best angle to see something like this from. The drivers are Steve Soper and Craig Davies. Clearly not afraid to wring out their Mustangs and clearly not afraid to trade some paint and bang some fenders in the process, this is what we imagine the old Trans-Am series was right back in the late 1960s and early 1970s. We were not around to see that happen but we can sure romanticize it like everyone else does.

This is a video that is worth watching on this fine Saturday. Why? Because screaming small blocks and 1960s pony cars being used in the way that they should always be used. Hard and relentlessly!
