This Former Yellowstone Snowcoach Track Van Could Be Yours

This Former Yellowstone Snowcoach Track Van Could Be Yours

If you live in a northern climate you KNOW you’re looking at this thing and thinking, “Yeah, that IS pretty cool.” For sale here is a 1993 Chevrolet van that was converted into a Yellowstone Slowcoach and was used to apparently give tours and transport people around the national park for years. The van, outside of the rear tracks and front skis is a seemingly stock piece with a fuel injected 350ci engine and all the normal “van stuff” of the era inside. Gone are the front wheels, replaced by skis and the rear tires are still there but being used to drive a pair of tracks for maximum grip and minimum surface pressure in the snow .

Inside and outside the van looks extremely clean and if it was never driven on salty roads or anything of that nature we can understand why. The interior, while spartan looks virtually brand news as well. There’s even a sweet dash mounted tach so that you can keep an eye on the revs while blasting through the powder.

This van failed to sell at $10,500 in its previous auction but is has been re-listed at no reserve so you can potentially get it for a song…or not. What would you do with it? Hey, if you live in a snowy place the answer to that question is EVERYTHING.
