This Motorcycled Engined Riding Lawn Mower Is Completely Awesome And We’d Probably Die On It

Given the chance to drive this creation, I’d gladly hand the keys to Chad. Why? Because nothing would give me more joy than to see him, with a big smile on his face, beard flapping in the breeze, pulling wheelies and high speed. Reason two? I’d most likely be dead in a matter of minutes after sitting on this machine and living has been pretty good for the last 35 years so I want to keep that hot streak alive. The guys at Hyabusa Custom built this tractor and while it does not have a Hyabusa engine in it, the damned thing runs like a cheetah with its hair on fire.

So what powers this screaming demon from hell? How about A Yamaha YZF-R6 engine. Power levels on the R6 vary pretty wildly depending on whether it is an early or late engine. The early engines make about 100hp and the later ones make about 130hp. Both of those numbers are more than enough to make your friendly lawn tractor into something that bends the laws of physics.

There aren’t too many more words we can give this one, other than the profane ones we muttered with glee while watching the video the first time. We’re guessing a few of those will cross your lips as well when you see how this hellacious little machine performs. Maybe Chad should braid that sucker before hitting the go pedal on the tractor. I wouldn’t want that beard getting into his eyes. It is always better to see what you are going to hit anyway…

  1. Chevy Hatin' Mad Geordie

There were some lazy buggers on the last job I had before retirement that could have done with one of those motorsickle doohickeys shoved up their asses just to keep up with me. Take a bow Chris from University of Northumbria’s grounds maintenance team….
