Wahhhh….A Road Racing Car Lost A Wheel – See How The Tractor Pullers Do Front End Failure

Hey, who am I to take a swipe at McTaggart’s item right over there about the IMSA bodied Monza losing a wheel at Laguna Seca Raceway, right? That guy just have been angry, freaked, and screaming words that would have had his mom chasing him with a rolling pin if she heard them. Now that I have said that, I’d like to throw McTaggart a “Bitch, please!” That little Monza loses a wheel on a road course and you freak out? How about a tractor that makes 10x the power and loses the ENTIRE FRONT END during a pull. While the deceleration from slow speed to zero isn’t impressive on paper, when it happens in like six feet and there’s about 100,000lbs of total weight it’ll get your attention, and potentially break your neck.

In this video you’ll see a hotted up Ford tractor (of the same type that shot the wheel at the camera man in the video we ran Sunday) set off down the pulling course with the front end dancing off the ground (as they normally do) except when the tractor lands once with the wheels turned, they both snap off like match sticks and the tractor literally augers into the ground coming to a stop RIGHT NOW.

We have showed videos in the past of tractors keeping their front ends up after losing a wheel or whatnot but this isn’t one of those videos. This tractor digs in like a freaking ship running aground!
