Video: RM Auctions General Lee Delivered to New Owner, Upside Down!By Brian Lohnes Posted 11/23/09
Here's a video you thought you'd never see: a car from a high-end auction sale delivered on its roof. This is one of the cars used in the 2005 Dukes of Hazzard movie, and it's plenty wrecked. That did not stop the buyer from paying $15,400, plus commission, for it at the September 2009 RM Auctions Icons of Speed and Style event at the Petersen Museum in Los Angeles. He must have a sense of humor about it, too, as he does not seem too upset by the method of transfer.

Wow , How could I have totally missed the other car? I thought he just bought a wrecked car for whatever reason.
Sometimes I just miss the obvious.

I'd be hoping the real purchase is sitting to the right of the upside down General ...
