Event Coverage: The 2010 Goldenchild Nationals Snowmobile Ice Drag RaceBy Brian Lohnes, Photos: Denis LeBlanc, Brian Lohnes, Jay Spinella Posted 03/1/2010

We had no idea what to expect when we headed north with two of our photographer buddies to cover the 2010 Goldenchild Nationals, an eighth-mile snowmobile drag race held on a frozen lake in Vermont. It blew our mental doors off. We also froze our gearhead asses off, but that was a small price to pay to hang out at one of the coolest grassroots drag races we have ever attended, and that's saying something, because we've been to lots. Photo Gallery: Galpin Auto Sports Collection, Including Ed Roth and Von Dutch StuffBy Chad Reynolds Posted 02/24/2010

Yep, we said it. Weirdo cars. Pimp My Ride, the popular MTV automotive makeover show calls Galpin Auto Sports home, and is responsible for some strange creations. But what people may not know is that Galpin also has a killer collection of classics, muscle cars, and customs including the famous Roth Orbitron. Read More >

Event Coverage: SEMA 2009 Friday Photo BonanzaBy Brian Lohnes Posted 11/9/2009

Here's our last big gallery from the 2009 SEMA show. This one was shot on Friday and looks at some parts and lots of cars and trucks. One of the neatest parts of the show is the major traffic jam of hot rods and specialty vehicles that all try to exit the convention center at the same time on Friday evening. Watching the monster trucks drive down the public streets was an interesting sight to behold! Read More >

I love old tractors. I really have no idea why but I have just as much love for a 1948 Ford 8N as I do a 1970 LS6 Chevelle. Luckily, show season is getting cranked up here in New England and we caught wind of the New England Antique Truck and Tractor Association's first show of the season. Read More >

BangShift.com Brings You the F-Bomb Camaro, Live from the Hollywood Premiere of Fast and FuriousBy Chad Posted 03/12/2009

As you may have heard, the F-Bomb Camaro is one of the bad asses in the new Fast and Furious movie. Tonight it will be surrounded by other stars of the big and small screen during the Hollywood premier of the movie, and has a prominent spot on the red carpet in front of the Gibson Amphitheater at Universal Studios. While the women in our audience may appreciate Vin Diesel and Paul Walker for their chiseled abs, good looks, and incredible acting skill in the previous Fast and Furious movies, it's the fine curves of a 1,500 horsepower second-gen Camaro that really gets our blood pumping.
