The Winged Express may be the most famous drag car of all times. I know that is a big statement, but it just might be true. And here at BangShift.com we have been lucky enough to get what is arguably some of the coolest footage of the Wing racing EVER! If you missed our video of it passing the Bradford’s Fuel Altered at the California Hot Rod Reunion then you missed a lot, but now we’ve got even more. Thanks to Cowboy, “Big” Mike, “St. Louis” Mike, and of course Mousie who support us big time here at BangShift.com we’ve got exclusive in-car and on-car footage of the Winged Express that we shot at the Holley NHRA National Hot Rod Reunion in Bowling Green last weekend.
These guys are great, the car is great, and we know that “Wild Willie” Borsch is real proud of the fact that they just keep racing this car. The crowd worships this thing at each and every event. Cowboy hauls this thing all over the damn place, “St. Louis” Mike has been working on the car at EVERY event since 2004, and “Big” Mike Boyd has the enviable pleasure of wheeling this evil bastard all over the country. We are jealous.
