We must warn you, scrolling down the page at the photos below may haunt your dreams forever. This 1978 Firebird has had some truly unspeakable things done to it. In a way, it looks like some sort of crazy attempt to graft a third gen Camaro nose onto a second gen ‘Bird. In another way, it looks as though someone got all jammed up on some good pills and went to town with the fiberglass, bondo, and some synapses seriously misaligned. Raise your hand if you are shocked to learn that this car is located in North Las Vegas, Nevada. No one? That’s about what we thought.
The rest of the car is seemingly awesome. There does not appear to be a lick of rust on it, the original Pontiac 400 is present and accounted for in complete fashion, and it even has the factory rear window louvers on it. The seller claims that the roof has been chopped two and a half inches and maybe it has but it sure looks about normal to us. Perhaps all of that bondo heaped onto the inside of the roof of the car was placed there post chop job. It was last driven 12 years ago when people must have been far braver and had the ability to sneak up on it and jump inside without fear of turning to stone once they looked at the car.
Buy it now for $4,250? No thankee.
