My dad got me this truck when I was 14 it was a cab sitting on the frame with the 250 straight 6 and 3 speed. the Rest of the parts were piled up beside the truck. We put it all back together and I drove it through high school like that and it's been a never ending project. Last September 2011 we tore it apart to do cab corners and rocker panels and this is what it led to.

    The Cool Stuff!

    Engine is a 2005 LS2, with a T-56 6 speed and the rear diff is out of a 93' C4 Corvette

Suspension and brakes are out of the 93' Vette, We built the chassis around it

Wheels are Raceline Burst 5's, 18x12 out back with 335/30/18 Nitto drag radials, and fronts are 18x10 with 275/45/18 nittos.

No paint yet, But we did shorten the bed, cut the drip rail off the cab and took about a 1/2" off and welded the lip back on, tunneled cab and recessed firewall, raised bed floor 3", recessed side marker lights and tail lights, flush fitted rear bumper.

Not much yet, Custom gauge cluster, tranny tunnel,

Just had it on the autocross track at the Columbus Goodguys last weekend, first time out ended up running 37.___ seconds. But need to do some coilovers to control my rear squat.
