Side trips, lunch stops etc........

I have seen on facebook HRPT page where there is an old car museum in Tupelo MS that several are planning to tour as we go thru that area, and also , not knowing exact routes, some are thinking of heading a little north between LR & Memphis and touring the Mark Martin museum at Mark Martin Ford in Batesville, AR, easier for me to get on facebook that on here, so thought I'd share some of the things happening on there! I am ready for vacation!!! Excited that we will be taking our 13 yr old grandson, he will LOVE every minute of this!

Keller Hamburger, 6537 E. Northwest Hwy, Dallas - cruse in @ 7:pm

June 1st - Bodacious BBQ, 1206 E. Division, Arlington, 6 to 9 pm(Phil this is the first FOOD stop, I like food stops too)

June 2nd - Soulman's BBQ - Lunch stop - several locations between Dallas & Texarkana

Forest Lane Cruise, 3646 Forest Lane, Northwest Dallas - 6:p.m.

June 4th - Mark Martin's Museum - Batesville, Ar. - east of Little Rock & north of Memphis.

June 5th - Tupelo Auto Museum - Tupelo, Ms.
Autocross in B'ham, Regions Park.

June 6th - PeeWee's house in Cleveland Tn....food, fun, etc......
Motor cycle museum, Barber Motor Sports, Birmingham,

June 7th - Finish line party, hotrod Harley's, Mooresville, NC.

any idea in the world how many will be going to Mark Martin's? My friend works there and they would love to know and be prepared!!

Good question, maybe those who are planning on the Mark Martin stop should PM you and that would give you a start. I'm sure the count will be effected by the route out of LR so some may be waiting to see how far off the route this stop could be before deciding on going there. I think the route will be posted about 2 weeks before the start of PT.
