It's based off of horsepower. For a naturally aspirated motor, you'll figure on 0.5 lb/hr of fuel flow per horsepower. Then divide by 0.90 to 0.85 to account for how the injectors aren't held fully open.

Sounds right; a set of eight injectors around 36 lb/hr should be right on the money there if it is port injected.
