Watch A Ford Ranger Turn Into The Bigfoot Monster Truck In This 1980s Cigarette Commercial

When the Bigfoot monster truck kicked off the whole monster truck revolution in the early 1980s it changed the world forever. The level of professionalism that the Bigfoot team attacked the sport with was far different from other teams and because of that, the truck shot to international stardom. Such recognition led to all kinds of media opportunities both at home and abroad. You are about to see one of them below.

While we cannot tell the brand, this is a TV commercial for a foreign cigarette company. We don’t know if it is from South America, Indonesia, or where but we do know that the premise is hilarious and awesome. While stuck in traffic, our hero presses a pack of smokes to his temple and all of a sudden his Ford Ranger turns into Bigfoot. The guy, apparently unable to smoke in traffic proceeds to crush the entire line of cars that are blocking his way.

We’re guessing that the thing was shot in the USA because there seems to be an ample number of American cars mixed in among the other like Volvos that the truck is chewing up, completely. While we’re not into promoting smoking we are into promoting cool videos and this one is a throwback to something we never remember seeing on the American airwaves.

Does anyone else?
