BangShift Project Car Spotlight: A Crazy Tube-Chassis Fiero From the Netherlands

BangShift Project Car Spotlight: A Crazy Tube-Chassis Fiero From the Netherlands

One of the truly cool things about this whole BangShift deal is the fact that we’re international. Guys are building nasty hot rods all over the world and thankfully we’re able to see some of those, like this totally awesome Fiero that has been built by a couple of guys in the Netherlands. It is a full-on race car with a tube chassis and damn near close to the stock wheelbase.

The wee-little mid-mounted four or six popper motor has been yanked in favor of a big honkin’ V8 up front. Meant to run Super Gas now and perhaps Super Comp later, the car is probably the best executed Fiero race car we have ever laid eyes on.

We’re not sure of the cubes, or what the transmission is, but just hit the link below and check out some awesome photos of the car being finished and then competing at the drags. We need to get some ETs and details on the motor. Hit the link below to see the car’s build thread and then below that we’re going to be posting some “testing” video of the car after it was made to run.

This little monster is cool!
