Radical’s only-just street legal track cars are beasts. Two of them hold Nurburgring Nordschliefe lap-time records for production vehicles, in fact. They have used everything from sport bike engines in the past SR3 models, to the bespoke V8 made from two Suzuki I-4s in the SR8, to the 3.7L V6 from the Mustang in the RXC. But whereas the 3.7L produced 305hp in the pony car, courtesy of the company’s tuning abilities, what you have is essentially an LMP2 race car with turn signals and a license plate that pushes 380 horsepower and 2100 lb. of car around. Sound good so far? What’s that…the motor doesn’t make nearly enough power for you? Ok, fine. YouTuber “19Bozzy92” has footage of the latest version of the RXC, the Turbo 500. Sitting in the back of the car is the twin-turbo 3.5L V6, wicked up to produce 530hp and 481 ft/lbs of torque. 0-60 is dealt with in 2.6 seconds. For those of you out there crying about no V8 option in the GT, rest easy: it will move just fine.

A prediction of the totally street legal Ford GT [ versus the barely legal Radical ] the GT being bigger , much heavier , stuffed to the gills with electronic nannies , luxury features and cupholders galore … not to mention all the side door beams .. crash resistant bumpers and on and on and on .. whereas the Radical is bare bones .. bats**t crazy 1/2 step away from being a full on race car for the street ?

Hell McTaggert ! WTF y’all been smokin lately ? One two many visits to Colorado/Washington perhaps [ just giving you some ***t Bryan ]

No my fine young cannibal .. or should that be cannabis ? 😉 [ damn this is fun ]

The Radical is a predictor of absolutely nothing other than what a Radical with an EcoSnooze pos stuffed into its micro sized rump can do

You want a predictor ? Heres a predictor for the upcoming EcoSnooze powered over priced over weight [ hmmm .. who or what does this guy know that y’all does not ? ] Ford GT

To put it plainly … the new McLaren will eat the damn thing for lunch .. the new Ferrari 458 replacement [ assuming there IS a new 458 replacement in light of the fact that Marchionne is now trying to sell off Ferrari lock stock and barrel along with Chrysler sans JEEP … missed out on that bit o’ news McTaggert ? ] will kick its pretentious under engineered over hyped **s …Porsche’s upcoming GT2 RS will take it to task … and in fact even the lowly Cayman GT4 will give it a run for its money … with the new NSX making the GT looking like the Supercar laughing stock of the decade .

Thats a predictor . And one guaranteed you can take to the bank . This from a former Ford GT supporter ..err … etc ; Ford truly having gone down the Rabbit Hole of their own misguided delusions ..

BWTM ; Just to drill the point about Ford home . A quarter of a million cars recalled yesterday …. including the new Mustang ..

You really live in your own little fantasy world, don’t you? Are these lame nicknames/putdowns supposed to be witty or something? Are they supposed to show you are so immersed in car culture that it’s all boring and passe to you? Honestly, it just makes you sound like a douchebag. The rest of your rant only reinforces that impression, as do most of your posts.

I’m not turning my nose up at the new GT until after I see it tested, at the very least. Wouldn’t be the first time Ford has shocked everyone, but it would be the biggest shock in a long time. I think they might actually know what they are doing.

And thanks for turning me onto this psychotic little bastard! I’m diggin it!
