2014 Boonesborough Boogie Nationals: A Collection Of Cool Street Machines To Check Out

2014 Boonesborough Boogie Nationals: A Collection Of Cool Street Machines To Check Out

(Words and photos by Doug Gregory) – We had to split these photos up into 4 galleries because I shot around 600 photos and ended up being able to use more than half.  This gallery covers classics and newer stuff that didn’t fit street rod, trucks, or muscle cars from the 60s and early 70s.  Follow this link and you can see fox-body Mustangs, Tri-5s, VWs (and not just bugs), and even an award-winning DeLorean.  Yes, the stainless-steel wonder was there, but this one didn’t come with the optional flux-capacitor.  This is the most-diverse gallery I’ve put together in a while.

 Some highlights:

Sweet ’55 sedan done up as a gasser.

Silver beetle that was as nice as any street rod I’ve ever seen.

A blue C1 Corvette I’d almost sell a kidney to afford.  It was about as perfect as one can be.

Terminator Mustang which is one blue oval almost any of us would like to own, drive, and race.
