For 20 years, hot rodders have been gathering at Orange Plaza in Orange, California to show off their cars and trucks and have a competition to see who has the nicest one. Since we had some free time on our hands we visited the show and found it to be really, really cool. The even is a judged type deal where trophies are handed out so on average the quality of stuff you’ll see is really high. Since this show has been going on for a couple of decades now, there’s not a lot of advice we can impart on the organizers and judging by these photos, they have a pretty great handle on making sure the event runs smooth and it stays true to its original vision.

Other than an errant photo of a muscle car era machine here and there, the gallery is mostly filled with hot rods and stuff built in the 1950s. That means lots of chrome, vibrant colors, and classic Detroit styling.
