We’ve been showing you some specific galleries from the 2014 Goodguys Del Mar show and today we continue that with this collection of 35 simply awesome Tri-Five Chevrolets. These famed “shoebox” shaped wonders stand as iconic cars that will stand the test of time. Heck, even within the small three year grouping of cars there are sub-groups. I’m a ’55 guy at heart but surely would not kick a ’56 or a ’57 out of bed. Tri-Fives are like ’32 Fords in the sense that they can be built in any style and manner that the owner chooses. From street machines to gassers, to pro touring, pro street, land speed, and even Ridler quality show style, the 1955/56/57 Chevy is a blank canvas awaiting the creativity and ability of the owner.
