Fords At Carlisle, aka the Carlisle Ford Nationals, is the largest all Ford show in the world, and happens to be a short drive from BangShift Photog extraordinaire Joe Grippo’s house. He’s been coming here for about as long as he can remember, which is probably why he bleeds Ford blue and still has the same Mustang he’s been driving and racing his entire life. And when he shows up at Fords at Carlisle, Joe Grippo is among his peeps because every Ford fanatic around flocks to the Carlisle show grounds to experience all things Ford.

Row after row of Mustangs, Mavericks, F100s, Fairlanes, Cobras, Funny Cars, Falcons, Barn Finds and everything in between are surrounded by more and more cool cars and jillions of fans. It’s like Mecca for Ford guys. There is one photo in the gallery that shows a row of at least 100 Red late model Mustangs. How far head those guys had to stake out their spot I’m not sure, but it certainly is cool to see.
