This one certainly shocked us. It’s yet another find from Lead East 2008 and it qualifies very high up on the crazy scale. The Deluxe grille and classic look of the 1939 and 1940 Fords are enough to garner a second look alone, but when we realized that there was no engine in the engine bay we had to swoop in.

It’s got a motor alright. A blown one, mounted in the bed. Details? We’ve got none as we could never speak with the owner of the truck the few times we stopped by. This is a truck we’d love to drive the wheels off of. We can only imagine how awesome the donuts are.
