Mopar Fans Rejoice! Aeromotive’s Mopar Applications In The Stealth Fuel Tank Line Have Your Covered

Sometimes we just have to revel in how spoiled we are as modern gearheads, right?  The company’s Stealth Fuel Tank Line has applications for Challenger, Barracuda, and Dart/Duster models because they know that there are Mopar guys out there looking for the best and easiest way to have a fuel system capable of reliably meeting their needs. These are bolt in factory style tanks with the Stealth fuel pump already installed that are capable of supporting up to 1,000hp.

We’re sure that the vast majority of you remember what a high performance car looked like with a fuel system that was likely capable of supporting half of this one. You remember the sumps welded on, the big can filters hanging below the bumper, etc. You also probably remember seeing many of those street machines on the side of the road. No such worries if you go the Stealth route.

Whether you need to feed a late model EFI swap, want to upgrade your fuel system, or you are completing a big horsepower engine swap check out what the Stealth Fuel Tank Line has to offer you.

Aeromotive ‘s Classic Mopar Applications Have You Covered!

Aeromotive’s classic Mopar Stealth tanks bring the fuel system technology you find in today’s cars to your classic Mopar muscle car. By placing the fuel pump inside the tank, hot fuel handling issues, such as vapor-lock and cavitation, are eliminated. With the Stealth fuel tanks from Aeromotive, you now have an in-tank fuel pump that is properly vented and submerged in fuel at all times due to the innovative baffling system. Whether your ride is carbureted, EFI or a transplant, a Stealth Fuel Tank is the perfect upgrade.

The following part numbers are available for classic 1970-74 E-Body Mopars such as the Challenger, Barracuda and 1970-76 A-Body Mopars such as the Dart and Duster.

  • 18342 Fuel Tank, 340 Stealth, 70-74 Challenger
  • 18343 Fuel Tank, 340 Stealth, 70-74 Barracuda
  • 18344 Fuel Tank, 340 Stealth, 70-76 Dart/Duster

These tanks feature the fuel pump built right into the tank itself, as well as an internal baffling system to ensure the pump is submerged in fuel – even at low fuel levels and in extreme driving conditions. With these tanks you’re strapping today’s technology into your classic, making them perfect for modern HEMI swaps and EFI conversions, while also working perfectly with carbureted engines.

If they had come out with one for the early A bodies last year, I might have been tempted. My Dart’s tank was clogged with rust. But now, I’ve made a sumped setup using a new tank and a Wal-Mart cake pan.
