Project Car Spotlight: The Coolest 1976 Chevelle in Norway

The BangShift.com community is worldwide. Grease smeared, transmission fluid stained, bloody knuckled gearheads can be found at all corners of the Earth. Proof of that is BangShift.com member Arlid, known as Blazerteam on the forum section of the website, he has a bad ass 1976 Chevelle that he uses to terrorize road courses in the fine country of Norway.

We’re not taking anything away from American rodders and wrenchers, but it takes a special level of dedication to get the job done overseas. Arlid is a talented wrench who has had lots of projects over the years and his interests, like ours, are diverse. In the project thread, you’ll see him slinging mud and drifting road course bends like a pro.

Currently powered by a small block Chevy, the car will soon be snorting with 468ci of Rat motor. Start from the beginning of the story and read your way right up to the end where Arlid is beginning assembly on said big block Chevy.

It is pretty cool to take a car that isn’t exactly the most loved style and modify it into something truly cool. This big ol’ Chevy is absolutely 100% BangShift.com approved because it hauls ass on the road course and slings snow with the best of them!

Hit the link below to see the whole story on Arlid’s Chevelle. The thread is full of awesome photos of the car hanging it all out!
