I have been a mechanic/fabricator/designer/problem child killer for 25 years. I have always used the motto” if someone asks you if you know how to do a job you tell them yes you can, then very quickly learn how. I have always been able to learn how to run machines quickly . I read the manual the day before let me play with it for an hour. Then do a production run of 10 units you either make or you don’t. If you know how to run the machine you can do the job.
