Holley Performance Products is pleased to announce the acquisition of the El Paso, TX based MSD Group. The MSD Group includes iconic brands such as MSD, Mr. Gasket, Accel, Superchips, Edge, Racepak, Mallory, Hays, QuickTime and Lakewood. “We are excited to have the opportunity to combine the awesome legacies of these companies.
