Lingenfelter And RideTech Team Up To Sponsor Autocross At Bloomington Gold Gathering In Indy

Lingenfelter Performance Engineering and RideTech have joined forces to sponsor the autocross at the 2015 Bloomington Gold Corvette gathering next month at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The relationship between Lingenfelter and RideTech goes back some time with the two companies having worked hand in hand on many projects such as the 48-Hour Camaro, the 48-Hour Corvette, Lingenfelter’s development of the Reaper pickup truck, and various hardcore autocross builds.

Obviously Lingenfelter has been the go-to Corvette tuning and horsepower house for decades and that trend continues today as the company is on the vanguard of developing products and solutions for the latest generation of GM super car. RideTech has released a torrent of suspension parts for multi-generations of Corvettes in recent times and they range from simple bolt ons to make daily driven Vettes more fun to hardcore cornering components that turn a good car into something that will make your organs shift laterally on the corners.

The Bloomington Gold gathering is one of the biggest and perhaps the most prestigious Corvette event in the country with cars being presented for concours style judging, showing, and of course being driven. The Corvette has been and (hopefully) forever will be America’s sports car and since the C5 showed up, it has stood tall among supercars from around the world for a fraction of the price and that is in factory form.
