MSD Launches AtomicEFI.com – The Go to Spot For All Atomic EFI Info

MSD has had a great response since launching their revolutionary Atomic EFI system at the 2011 SEMA show. In their on-going quest to provide as much information about the system as possible and product support for customers, they have launched AtomicEFI.com which is a one stop location for everything to do with the system, the components involved, upgrades, and news.

On the site you will find instructions on how to install the kit, which are neat to read if you have been considering purchasing an AtomicEFI. Reading the instructions is a cool mental dry run on the install. The also have video, a tech forum, and great color diagrams laying out the wiring and plumbing of the system. Also on the site, you can click at the top of the page and enter to win a trip for two to the 2012 SEMA show just be answering some basic questions about what MSD products you use on your car.

If you have been wondering about the ins and outs of MSD’s Atomic EFI, hit the link below and spend some time cruising around the site. It is a great was to get familiar with the workings of the system. As an aside, we’ve been chatting with MSD on a plot to prove their claim of, “Start on Saturday morning and be cruising on Saturday night.”

I hope that this doesn,t become another one of their abandoned products like the alternator that cost me over $500 with all the extra bs I had to buy to make it complete. It now needs repair and they told me no parts, no repair and I,m shyt out-a-luck.

How long will it last? Seems I need a new MSD6 off road box about every 4 years. I have gone back to a stock chevy controller for my off road car. It is cheaper and last forever. MSD electronics have problems with heat out here in Arizona. Sent 3 MSD6 offload boxes in for repair all came back with a sticker that said it was not repairable. Was told that all 3 were bad do to the heat in the engine bay, that is odd considering the box sits inside the car with me and the VW Baja has no engine bay.
