Denton, Texas is the home of a junkyard known as the CTC Auto Ranch. Chances are, you’ll never get to Denton, Texas, but we’ve got a way for you to look at lots of the inventory at this junkyard from the comfort of your desk chair or recliner at home. Someone took the time to set a 360-degree camera at several points on the property and then made those photos public, for gearheads like us to enjoy!
What we really love about this is that you can control how the camera rotates, you can zoom, move up and down, and spend as much time checking out and drooling over rusted junk as you feel like spending. Hell, we spotted a late 1960s C50 truck and must have zoomed and panned on it for 15 minutes!
Being up here in salt loving New England, we see very few cars like those seemingly sprouting from the Texas soil in these photos. What some may look at and see junker parts cars, we see project material galore!

I’m impressed with how well-manicured the grounds are at this yard. It makes it very inviting.
I’ve been driving by that yard for the last 4 years. It is right off IH35.
I keep telling myself to pack my coveralls and stop for a few hours.
I think what stops me is “what if I find something I can’t live without?”
I need another project like a hole in the head….
The doctor says I can’t bring anymore projects home till I finish some, but I saw a bunch I’d love to have in there. The first thing that stood out was a 57 four door wagon. Rivieras FOR DAYS!!!! Part of a pretty sweet Dodge van. 48-59 Chevy trucks.
