First off, we’ll admit that the headline was designed to catch your attention. While it’s true that Edmunds.com is reporting that the entire stock of 2010 Camaros destined for Japan is sold out, it’s not all that many cars.
It’s 120, to be exact. It’s still a win for the General, though. There are probably Pontiac Azteks sitting on sales lots across the island nation. The cars are priced stiffer there than here but we’re thinking that is driven by taxes and other governmental charges levied on the vehicles by the Japanese government.
Here, the Camaro guys go hunting for Mustangs. There, we’re guessing there it’s Nissan GT-Rs.
