A New TV Show About Bitchin Vintage RV’s Is On It’s Way! Flippin’ RV’s Baby, We Love Them!

A New TV Show About Bitchin Vintage RV’s Is On It’s Way! Flippin’ RV’s Baby, We Love Them!

You guys all know how much I dig old RV’s and travel trailers. I mean, I worship them. The other day Bret Voelkel from Ridetech sent me a killer photo of a laid out camper van with a laid out vintage trailer behind it and I almost messed my drawers. Imagine my surprise and elation when I found out that a new show, Flippin’ RV’s, is coming out on GAC (Great American Country) next week! The show is all about vintage and collectible travel trailers. It features a cool couple from Oregon who run a company that does nothing but restore and sell these old classics. Think of them as a hot rod shop for travel trailers.

Justin and Anna Scribner are the couple in question and they live and work in Bend, Oregon, where they run Flyte Camp Vintage Trailer Restoration. This show is going to follow these trailer-obsessed freaks travel around the country in search of new projects. It’s also going to show them drag these beauties home and then restore them at their shop so that someone else can love them for decades to come. This couple are most definitely hot rodders, and you’ll agree once you watch the video.

The preview video is cool, and we recognized this husband and wife team after watching it. I believe they were on one of those “Outrageous, cool, double throwdown, bitchinist RV’s ever” shows. Okay, maybe it was something shorter like Ultimate RV’s or something, but my version is cooler.

Check out the trailer here. Get it…See what I did there….A trailer for a show about trailers. Cool huh?

And tune in to watch the entire show on Wednesday March 5th, only on GAC.

Want more info on what they do? Their website will make you want one bad. Visit FlyteCamp.com for more info.

Don’t forget to watch on March 5th!

Aint that nice ! Yet another [not so ] reality TV show … about not much what so ever … to clog up the digital airways and waste sponsors money on when it could of gone towards something of at least reasonable substance

Seriously Chad … I love classic RV’s .. crazy custom ones as well as trailers from days gone by as much as the next guy . But I sure as ___ don’t need another formulaic scripted POS TV show about them to out me off the subject for decades to come 😉

Seems the “formula” part is, what works. Stuff has to sell.

This looks like lots of fun to me…we are definitely likely to be fans! Since our earlier attempts with a ’47 Spartan and another I won’t mention didn’t teach us a lesson and we are at it again with a ’70s Superior, it would be great to see how the more experienced do it. Certainly we have a lot more experience now than we did…

Wonder what happened with Brett Michaelson and his putting slide-outs in everything that rolled. If this one could be more Wayne Carrini-style, that would be cool.

Guitar Slinger – trust me, this shop and the work they do is top notch. No bullshit here – you get to see them restore two amazing vintage trailers. No fighting, no set ups, nothing fake or crappy. Give it a try.

I’m extremely impressed with your writing skills and also with the layout on your weblog. Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself? Either way keep up the nice quality writing, it’s rare to see a nice blog like this one nowadays..

I love your show and I know a retired Disabled Veteran that needs his RV Flipped. It is an RV that he got during Hurricane Katrina and it is in setting on his land. He is a great guy who will do anything to help anyone. He has a dream of getting the RV updated but he is on a fixed income and it is not in his budget. Please let me know if there is anyway that you guys can consider this as a project. thanks for your consideration.
