One thing that I have not done, ever, is go play in the dunes. I didn’t do it when I rode bikes, I didn’t do it when I had three-wheelers and quads, I didn’t get to go when I owned trucks worth taking, yet it’s something I’ve always wanted to do and having talked with people who go regularly, it should be a bucket-list item for you. There’s plenty here, plus sand dragging trucks and beaters that are about to learn to fly. How about one poor soul that must’ve lost a serious bet? Hey, you can only blame yourself if you bet on the Bears there, guy…at least you’re wearing your issued reflective belts! But if you need another reason on top of the gearhead link, consider a trip to the dunes a camping trip as well. You’ll be surrounded by fellow gearheads in a maintained state park. What more could you want?
