DRAG VIDEO: A MERCEDES MINI-VAN IN AUSTRALIA GETS A 632 BBC, RUNS NINES, HILARITY FOLLOWS

Whack nut drag race cars rule. There is now proof that they rule in both Hemispheres in the form of this video! Some insane maniac in Australia built a full tilt drag race version of a Mercedes Vito van. Far as we can tell, a Vito van is a light duty delivery vehicle. You can see them in Europe and Australia carrying packages, flowers, hookers, Chinese food, etc. This particular van has been mildly modified with a full tube chassis, lots of carbon fiber, a 632ci BBC engine, full drag race suspension, and snappy paint.

According to the caption on the video, these runs were made N/A and the van will eventually see nitrous oxide as a power adder. You’ll see several runs in the 9-second zone, so depending on how much nitrous is entering the picture, the eights may be coming right up.

We dig it. The van is cool and different and is obviously owned by someone who does not take themselves too seriously. How could he? The guy has a late model Mercedes van with a 632ci Chevy motor in it! Watch the video below to see it run!

It looks as though its launching off a throttle stop too, or some kind of limiter, as its launching real soft, bet it will haul serious ass once the sprays hooked up!
