Morning Symphony: Ride Along As The AWD Cutlass Makes A High-Speed Half-Mile Run At Platte Valley!

Brian King and his monster 1984 Hurst/Olds with the neat party trick are at it again! This time the AWD Cutlass was out making half-mile blasts with the Platte Valley Corvette Club in Nebraska, running a matching speed event. With four miles of roadway shut down for the sole purpose of hauling tail, it’s kind of interesting to see the AWD Cutlass only making half-mile blasts. But it’s even more interesting to know that the Olds tripped the beams at over 158 miles per hour. All-wheel-drive or not, that’s getting it.

  1. Chevy Hatin' Mad Geordie

The world’s fastest and best-sounding sleeper – it reminds me of a Spitfire making a pass a few feet over head.
