This could be the quietest 10-second car in the world and that’s the way we like them, especially when they look like something an elderly woman would be driving. This old 1990s era Nissan wagon is packing the engine out of a Skyline, which means we’re talking about a really stout turbocharged inline six banger. Obviously hot rodded beyond stock, the wagon rips off a bunch of 10-second passes in this video and looks sleep-tastic doing it. Other than the larger than stock rear tires, this one is pretty air tight as far as fooling people goes.

You can see that the car is pretty soft on the launch and then really makes some suds down the track. Running at almost 130mph in all of the passes shown, the car is making plenty of horsepower. The drag radials on the rear look to be about 275-section width, maybe a little less. Ride height isn’t too wonky and the use of factory appearing steel wheels on the corners also help to sell the whole package. Not to be redundant, but the lack of noise from this wagon is one of the things we love. It gets drown out by all of the V8 cars lined up against it or burning out around it. You’d have no idea what was lurking under the hood until the guy was out on you by 10 lengths and pulling away like a freight train. Genius!

We’re not sure why the dude is always so late leaving the starting line. If we had to guess, we’re thinking that he is sitting there and spooling the turbo before launching off down the track. We love this wagon and want one for ourselves. Sleepers forever! The American version of this car (which we have seen a couple of times) is shoving a GN engine and transmission into a Buick Regal wagon from the 1980s. Perfection.
