2023 Detroit Autorama Photo Coverage: It Was Frozen Outside, But Hot, Hot, Hot, Inside Detroit Autorama

2023 Detroit Autorama Photo Coverage: It Was Frozen Outside, But Hot, Hot, Hot, Inside Detroit Autorama

Here’s our fourth gallery of photos from Detroit, and we’ve got a lot more to come! Michigan was going through an ice storm that hit the night before load in for Detroit Autorama and that made things a bit of a mess. We know folks who couldn’t get their cars to the show because of the ice and had to let other folks take their spots. It was nuts outside, but hot and nice inside, as you can tell from all the killer cars on display. Check them out, and if you missed any of our previous galleries, use the link below.

(Photos by Mike Brooks) – The last time our boy Mike Brooks shot a car show for us his truck got stolen. This time he’s got a new one in his sights and that makes us even happier than all the killer photos he’s sharing with us from Detroit Autorama! We’ve even got photos of this year’s Riddler winner. This is the Grand Daddy of indoor car shows and Mike hit it all in search of the coolest stuff to share with all you BANGshifters.

Between the race cars, the hot rods, the incredibly stunning handmade customs, and whatever else gets slammed into Cobo Hall, there are few car shows in the world that can hold a candle to this monster in Detroit. This is the first of several galleries from the 2023 Detroit Autorama and we thank Mike for his images. You will too after checking them out below!

And don’t forget to check back for even more!

    It’s not spelled “Riddler”

The building hasn’t been called “Cobo Hall” in years.

The Grand National Roadster Show is older, which is why the GNRS is “The Grandaddy Of Them All” and not Detroit.

It was a great show as always! People from Detroit will continue to call Cobo Hall Cobo Hall, to us it’s Cobo, just like Pine Knob has always been Pine Knob, we don’t care who’s paying to have their name on the building.
