LST Baby! The Lone Star State was showing off their hospitality to the truck world this past weekend where Lone Star Throwdown took over Conroe Texas in a big way. I have to say, traffic was handled perfectly by Conroe police, and the promoters and facilities staff, and it was easy to get in and out without issues. And because of the layout, there is a great cruise circle going on all day long at the event with folks idling along and showing off suspension systems, audio and power. Walking around the show is great, but if you want to sit and chill you can do that as well and just watch the show cruise by. We had a great time walking the entire show and seeing nearly every truck on site. We have hundreds of photos, in more than 10 photo galleries for you guys to check out. We’ll be bringing you a new one each day so come back and see them all.
This gallery is nothing but square body GM trucks and Suburbans. And speaking of Suburbans. Lord have mercy. You all know I’m a huge square body fan, AND I’m a huge Suburban fan. So seeing some of the cool Suburbans that were on hand both laid out on the ground and lifted to the moon had me wanting to find a square body Suburban project.
But there were tons of OBS, NBS, Ford, Dodge, International, mini trucks of all kinds, and more, so stay tuned for all the galleries as we’ve split them up so you can find your favorites easily. But make sure you come back each day. We’re mixing them up for sure.
