Here’s a fresh load of images from the 2017 SEMA show! In here we have some interesting cars, some truly bizarre and horrid looking trucks, and then a couple of real honest beauties from the Factory Five Racing booth. The south hall is cool because it has everything from floor mats to monster trucks in it. The upper part of the hall is all truck and Jeep stuff like winches, suspension systems, and that kind of stuff. There is also any number of companies that make body kits campers, and other stuff. You will see a grouping of trucks that have “nose jobs” on them. They are all steel and for the life  of us we cannot figure out what the hell these guys are thinking. They look like an automotive version of Bane from the Batman movie. Just weird.

The coolest stuff in this collection of photos comes from the Factory Five Racing booth. There you will see a blue ’33 that was built by our pal Fred Simmons of SMG Motoring. He’s a guy that has done a lot of work with Factory Five over the years and the car is immaculate. The paint is great, the interior is bad ass, and the overall look is cool. The gold color of the engine is very classy and sets of the car nicely. Next to Freddy’s car is the newest offering coming from Factory Five. That’s the ’35 pickup truck! This is a brilliant idea because from the back of the cab forward it is the same componentry that the hot rod uses and from the cab back there’s a set of frame rails to lengthen the wheelbase and give the bed a place to live on. We LOVE the fact that they are doing a pickup truck and we’re looking to visit the FFR guys at their factory and get a much closer look at the truck. Neat!
