(Photo by James Champion) – So we’re counting the minutes until we head to Las Vegas for the Denso NHRA 4-Wide Nationals this weekend but we still have plenty of cool images from the recently completed Gatornationals to share with you. James Champion shot these photos along with the gaggle of others we have run over the last week or two. His work is cool and you’ll see plenty of good stuff here as well. One of the big stories coming into Vegas is the continued issues that John Force has suffered in his car we mean suffered legitimately. The thing has been an unpredictable beast since the start of the season and we’re hoping that the crew has their issues ironed out and he’ll have an explosion free event. The whole thing has been weird and they have their best guys on getting it sorted.

Hey, here’s an old saying that goes something like, “the best steel is forged in the hottest fire,” and if Force comes out of this on the other side with a fast car, his team is poised to make a run at this early juncture in the year.
