$50,000 Payday! Mid-West Pro Mod Racing Series Announces The Elite 16 Race Presented By Elite Motorsports – Winner Takes All!

Big news coming out of the Mid-West Pro Mod Racing Series camp late last night! Keith Haney has announced the details for the Elite Motorsports, LLC Elite 16 race, an event separate from the regular Mid-West Pro Mod series of races. Going down November 1-3, 2018 at the Texas Motorplex, the top-tier prize in Pro Mod is as simple as it gets: a cool $50,000 to the winner, no questions asked, with Jerry Bickel Race Cars paying out $15,000 for the second-chance winner-take-all run.

Top Sportsman, presented by Summit Racing, will get $5,500 to win, $2,500 to the runner up, $1,000 for tose who make it to the semi-finals and $500 to the quarter-finals, based on a 32-car field.

And Tyler Crossnoe will be the one prepping the surface, so traction should NOT be an issue for anybody there. And just in case you are concerned about a November race, average daytime temperatures should hang around the low-70 degree mark for the highs…just wait until the sun goes down and the mercury drops on the thermometer. Between the weather and Crossnoe’s skill with track prep, we expect big things, fast runs, and even a record or two to fall.

Folks, this is going to be one badass throwdown in Texas, and you bet your backside that we will be there capturing the whole thing live, free to you, from the qualifiers until the fat lady sings and the big check is handed off!
