It’s cam testing time! I’ve been in the dyno cell with Richard on several occasions where all we were doing was testing camshafts, and I can tell you that when you get in the groove it’s possible to test an absurd number of camshafts in a day. With that said, there is a lot of testing that is done not in search of the ultimate power number, but rather to make real comparisons between cam profiles and how they affect the power curve.
