(Photos by David Whealon) The PDRA East Coast Nationals at GALOT Motorsports Park were some badass drag races and for good reason. This is one of the coolest dragstrips in the country, and when the PDRA is in town the crowds are always great. With Pro Nitrous, Pro Boost, Extreme Pro Stock, Pro Street, and more, there is no shortage of great racing action for the fans to see. Lucky for us, David Whealon was on hand shooting photos like a madman, so that we have galleries to share with all you BANGshifters. Check them out below.

In the Pro Nitrous final  Jim Halsey took down Tommy Franklin, and in Pro Boost Melanie Salemi took the win over Johnny Camp. Meanwhile, the Extreme Pro Stock win went to Dwayne Rice over Dillon Voss. In one of the most interesting cars to reach a final, Jeff Melnick took the AMC powered 2020 Camaro to the win when he knocked out Amber Franklin. 17 year old Brayden Davis took home the win over Meshal Al-Saber in Pro Nitrous Motorcycle, and the Pro Street win went to  Tim Essick over Bill Riddle.
