When we call this a manufacturing operation, we mean it. This is not a place where some people just assemble things that came from all corners of the world, this is a place where the raw materials come in and the final product leaves. It leaves after being built and tested, headed your way to power up your hot rod, truck, race car, or whatever it may land in.
Babcock strikes us as a fantastic interview here. He is proud of his business, he is proud of not only the quality of the product but the after-purchase support. He talks about being “in the family” when you buy from the brand and that help is “a phone call away”. It’s so old-school and yet for 2020 a cutting edge idea.
